Plenty of staff and very friendly with great service
On a hill and to get to the beach really involved having to take a bus. But to be fair they would get one very quickly for you but hard to bop back to your room if you forgot something

Just amazing! Never seen such friendly staff. Bryan was soo kind and helpful and made helped us with everything we needed! Security and concierge were always on time and polite and the pools are stunning!
Well it’s alittle bit pricey and food inside is like 4x more expensive than outside…. Since you are not allowed to bring any food in, you basically have to eat inside…

I was on my own to visit friends in Samal not far away. Coming from abroad the private boat transfer from Davao airport to the hotel was a true convenience. Although I did not use many facilities myself this is still a great hotel for a family holiday - three swimming pools, a beautiful beach and activities galore. I did very much appreciate the personal attention and politeness of the staff - reception, waitress, bartenders and security who were always present and helpful. Access to the hotel doctor was also convenient.
The restaurant offering was limited, even more so when the better restaurant was closed for a wedding.

The pool and beach view once you can get there.
The breakfast buffet was standard, the room lack supplies such as coffee milk and sugar. If you request more after 2 capsule there will be additional charge. The place is too big you need a transport ,you cannot walk around , If you walk you will see only buildings.
The area is too enclosed it is almost claustrophobic. not easy to navigate the area.
