The location was great, especially for the value. It was a good spot for easy travel to and from Universal Studios and Osaka namba for shopping. There was also a little shopping street with restaurants, a pharmacist and supermarkets right around the corner. The property was very spacious and tidy upon arrival, and it was nice to have the kitchenette, sofa and smart TV for the evenings. The view was also nice from the balcony! Rubbish disposal was clear for foreigners, so we didn't have to worry much about that either.

It wasn't mentioned that the apartment is located on the 4th floor with NO elevator, so carrying heavy suitcases up and down was a bit difficult, and after a long day of walking, it was tiring to get home! The room uses a pincode lock instead of a key or card, which at first, we thought it was very convenient that you don't need to have a key, but 70% of the time, when we entered the code correctly, the pin pad didn't respond and wouldn't unlock! The pad is quite noisy too, so when we got back to the apartment one night after USJ and it was quite late, we had to try 5 times to open the door and it was beeping a lot, and we were worried that we were locked out, or the neighbors would be disturbed. There is also a huge window in the living room that has no curtain, so it's really bright in the mornings. Finally, the floors creak with every step and can be noisy.

Het is een ruime, schone kamer met goed sanitair. De metro is op 10 minuten lopen en daar bevinden zich ook meerdere restaurants en supermarkten.

Het contact met de verhuurder is slecht. We deden een verzoek om eerder in te checken en kregen daarop de reactie dat we een bedrag moesten betalen gelijk aan de kosten van een overnachting. Vervolgens gooide we ons schema om en kwamen we op de afgesproken incheck tijd aan. Toen bleek de kamer nog niet schoongemaakt. Er was geen contact te krijgen met de verhuurder, berichten via Booking werden in het Japans beantwoord en de telefoon werd niet opgenomen. Meer dan een uur later (inmiddels >17:00 uur) konden we de kamer pas betrekken.
