Easy communication with the host and clear instructions on how to access the property. Great location - just a 10-minute walk from several metro stations (different lines).
Everything was clean and well maintained, with all the amenities we needed, including a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, and more. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay!
Even though we knew and were prepared for the room to be quite small, we were still surprised by how little space there was to move around. It was not a problem for a few days’ stay, but it might feel a bit claustrophobic for some guests.
The windows did not block out much of the noise from the street. That said, the property is located on a very nice and quiet street, so there are no worries about parties or other disturbances. We mainly noticed some morning traffic.

They held our luggage while we went on day trips.

it's a nice comfortable stay! Good for family. We have the ground floor unit so it's convenient, but the stairs for the upper floor could be quite narrow to navigate with luggage. It's centrally located, a very short walk to the local bus system but expect 10-15mins for major stations. Very close to convenience stores. The staff is responsive and polite.
The alarm went off without clear reason on one of the days, even though the issue was resolved with the staff, but it would have been good to provide clear instructions in the room so we know how to manage (instead of the need to reach out to the staff, which takes time to communicate)

Has everything you need- would suggest a full length mirror and a better area to get ready for the day
No elevator- the stairs are a killer everyday
