Location was convenient for my purpose. It was clean. AC was super effective.
There were 10 steps to climb to the flat and another 5 inside to go up to the bedroom. The doors, windows and furniture had a run down feel with peeling polish/ paint. There was no comfortable sofa to sit on. The chairs in the living room were extremely uncomfortable and basically could not be used. No shampoo provided, had to even ask for a towel. Parking was a hassle. I had to wait 20-25 mins in the morning to take my car out as it was blocked by another car parked in front of it.
