The cleanliness of the unit and the close proximity to the town. Every room is air conditioned, a function kitchen plus a water dispenser is provided.
Nothing to dislike about. But maybe the need to climb the stairs. Hahaha..

It's clean and comfy. Feeling like home. Everything is provided, including utensils and an induction cooker. I love the reading corner for the kids. This is lovely. The rooftop is an attractive spot but luckily it rained. It's suitable for a big family or friend gathering.
It doesn't have elevators. Have to climb up the stairs to reach the 2nd floor. It's not suitable for elderly.
