Very clean, security with monitored gate, modern and attractive building, excellent condition.
The lock knob on the door handle of the bathroom door was a little loose but otherwise the unit was excellent and well maintained.

Feels homey, cosy and very comfortable especially the bed and pillows. They are soft and comfy. They provide filtered water machine where u can have cold water. Nice balcony with a view of metro Manila City. Wifi is working well and tv has Netflix and Disney+.
Electric kettle is not auto stop when it’s come to full boiled (I assumed it’s auto stop so my 1st boiled runs dry). On my 6 night on the unit the electricity is down and on the 7 night the water stop producing. My son in the middle of shower and have to wait for couple of hours until the water came back.

Clean, functional, mosquitoes free, reliable fast wifi, value for money.
small and compact for a 2-bed unit when packed with almost everything. chairs all are squeaky.
