The view of the lagoon, the pool, and the easy access to the beach.
There was an issue with fire ants in the grass area. My dog and myself got bit by them.

Loved having water on either side of the property. Very close to the beach!
Stairs were somewhat difficult for my husband. Needs updated porch furniture.

For us, the location was perfect. We wanted quiet so the bay side was ideal. The beach was just a quick walk away. We were close to many great restaurants, and any services that we required. We loved the view and the spacious accommodations. The grounds were manicured perfectly! The games available in the room was a nice touch as well as all of the kitchen utensils. This condo was exactly what we desired.
The steps to our unit were steep so carrying luggage and beach toys was a bit difficult but doable.
