Everything worked. The showers, toilets, lights and A/C all worked.
The photos online give an impression the building and facilities are newer. I also didn't like the toilets being on the top floor.

Everything was perfect. A clean, quiet room at a good price. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Excellent breakfast. Within walking distance to all the Thamel restaurants, trekking needs, and the beautiful Durbar Square. The staff makes certain anything you need is taken care of. Perfect for before and after your trekking.

A great place to stay at the heart of Thamel but yet quite and relaxed! Rooms are spacious and bright, beds are comfortable, common showers and toilets are regularly cleaned, hot water, nice food at the restaurant throughout the whole day and super nice and helpful staff. Don't have anything negative to say about this hostel even if I tried.

A good basic stay in Kathmandu! It was a great location near some fun shopping in Thamel and a short walk to Durbar square. Beds and facilities were comfortable and basic.
