Lovely place, lovely gardens, great views, great breakfast!

The grounds are lovely and the breakfast was excellent. The location is a mixed bag: very little in the immediate vicinity but an easy drive to beaches, Santander and historic sites.
The room was very small.

Emanuela y su familia.. muy amable y atentos. El desayuno muy bueno!
Un poquito de ruido, propio de una casa rural.

Off street parking. Good, varied breakfast included. Lovely outdoor garden space. Reasonable price for the area. Good location if you have a car, nearby access to beaches, supermarkets etc.
No Aircon, which was uncomfortable in 30+deg.
No soundproofing at all - quiet hours were supposed to be from 2200 but we could hear our neighbours moving furniture, having showers, flushing the toilet and closing window shutters until 01.30. Generally you could hear the front door and other bedroom doors opening/closing and people walking around (even if they were trying to be quiet).
No small lighting (lamps etc) in the room so the choice was either total darkness or a really bright room.

"Bon petit déjeuner avec des fruits du jardin, des oeufs, le buffet était bien garni. Très beau verger potager"
