The house is very comfortable and very clean. The location is also very strategic.
Easy to deal with the homestay owner.

Close to Spice Arena Conference Centre. Just cross the busy road without being hit by cars and you are there. Also it is close to 2 food centres with many Penang hawker food stalls.
Can be noisy as it is next to the main road. Don't expect a 5 star hotel type of accommodation. It is a flat with rooms.
