I would come back here for the balcony alone! The view out the back is simply stunning, we spent hours admiring the surrounding landscape. The house is very bright and spacious, with lots of storage space for clothes/luggage. We appreciated the wide doors and few steps to the entrance (about 10?) which was a great relief with our pram after staying at many places around Italy with 2+ flights of stairs! Also a great location, just steps from everything you need and all the best tourist highlights.

A gorgeous breathtaking view and great location. Bedroom small but had adjoining walk-in closet with window. Giulio was a friendly host. Clean.

Pillows too high and very very hard. (I folded towels instead!) I mentioned this to Giulio at end and he promised to replace with softer ones for next guest

Fantastic location 12 minute walk from station but close to shops and eateries. Lovely views across to Rome in distance from balcony. Good equipment for cooking. Lovely quiet area and beautifully furnished

Bedroom a little bit tight down either side of bed but this cannot be helped because of room width. There is a large dressing room though to put your luggage and clothes in so it is really a minor issue
