Perfect for a family of 3.
Parking is a little far (5-8 mins walk) from the actual apartment and it takes a long time to drive out of (one way road around the whole complex).

Location was great for our basketball tournament. Aircon was fantastic. Beautiful balcony caught the sun for morning coffee. Washing machine a bonus!
I liked everything! Did need a pizza cutter an bottle opener though which was missing.
