The apartment is high quality with an amazing balcony and I had a surprising amount of amenities to my disposal. Fully equipped kitchen down to spices, a set of basic medication, or my favorite, a cold bottle of water waiting for my arrival. The owner really put good thought into this apartment.
One of the lowest prices in Nice is justified by the location of this apartment. It's far from city center on top of a very steep hill which would make things really difficult if I didn't bring my car.
