Great location in Hurghada, on the beach with a few good places to eat around the corner (over priced, bland tourist food offered directly, avoid like the plague!) and some OK supermarkets also. WiFi is reasonable. Kitchen has bare minimum available, but fine for two people. The owners communication on WhatsApp is excellent.

Swimming pools are ridiculously dirty, so stick to the sea which is great after 1pm when deep enough, if you walk down the pier and go off the steps. Our apartment didn’t have the balcony, so no space to dry clothes if you did want to use the washing machine. No English channels, one toilet roll and one bag for bin.

The location was okay and the hotel staff was friendly. The room was clean overall. Airconditioning worked well.

A few things could have been made clearer from the listing. The listing shows pictures from several different apartments. Some pictures show a balcony with a view of the sea. I had no balcony and no view of the sea. The appartment I booked was on the road side of the resort, so whatever was in the pictures was not what I booked. Please update the pictures or the property description to accurately reflect what is booked. Additionally, a few small low-cost improvements would dramatically increase comfort. 1. A small bedside lamp. It shows one on the pictures but it is not there actually. The result is that I have only the bright white room light when I go to bed, and I can only turn it off by getting out of bed to go to the wall switch. Cost: €5 2. A new holder for the toilet paper. The current one falls off when used, causing the paper to roll through the bathroom, which might be wet after showering. Cost: €5 3. Related to the previous point: a new shower head. The current one droops down when positioned normally, and can only be used when it is pointed straight up. This means an uncomfortable shower and the bathroom gets very wet. Cost: max €20 4. A new frying pan in the kitchen. The current ones are bent and scratched, and their coating is falling off. Cost: €5 5. A drop of oil in the lock. Cost: <€1 6. A supply of dish soap and laundry detergent. I purchased a whole bottle of detergent and left it in the room, very cheap and very nice for the next guests. Cost: €3. Total cost: max 35 euro for single investments, and less than 1 euro per guest for the detergents. Really low effort but it would give a much more welcoming feeling. Thanks!

Le studio est très spacieux et parfaitement adapté pour une famille avec 3 enfants. Il bénéficie d’un excellent emplacement à Hurghada, proche des commodités et avec un accès facile à la plage. Les piscines sont très agréables et la proximité de la mer est un vrai atout. Le personnel est très gentil, accueillant et serviable. Un grand merci à Ramy et Lucia pour leur disponibilité et leur réactivité : ils ont rapidement réglé tous nos petits soucis avec beaucoup de professionnalisme. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons vivement cet hébergement aux familles avec un très bon rapport qualité prix. Il faut cependant garder à l’esprit qu’il ne s’agit pas d’un logement de luxe : le confort reste simple, mais il correspond parfaitement au prix proposé.
