מלון נקי מאוד, מיקום מצויין במרחק מספר דקות מתחנת הרכב, בשכונה יש סופר מרקטים ובתי קפה. בערב הראשון הסתבכנו כי השלט למיקום האירוח לא היה בולט ולא המתין אף אחד בקבלה. לאחר חצי שעה הגיע עובד שנראה כאילו קם משינה. למחרת שוחחנו עם המנהל ומאותו רגע הוא עשה ככל שביכולתו להנעים את שהותנו ולסייע בכל דבר אפשרי. כולל שדרוג החדר לחדר גדול יותר (עם מזגן), סיוע בכביסה, והמלצות לבילוי. בזכות השירות הנהדר של מנהל משמרת הבוקר (שלא זוכרת את שמו לצערי) השהיה היתה מעל ומעבר. החדר נוקה מידי יום וקיבלנו מגבות נקיות

כדאי לציין בשלט בולט יותר את שם המלון, הגענו בערב והינו עייפות והסתובבנו לא מעט זמן והמקום בסך הכל נגיש מאוד.

Everything perfect

A stunning stay in a beautiful historic building with an unbeatable location in Chelsea, just a 3-minute walk to the tube station, with two large supermarkets and great walking areas nearby. The studio is very spacious with large windows and a huge wardrobe. The property also features an on-site gym and a dedicated pilates area with great equipment. Daily housekeeping is available upon request. The kitchen and room amenities are exceptional, featuring everything you could possibly need for a long-term stay: a complete set of proper kitchen knives, quality tableware, glassware, and cookware (including multiple pans and even a grill pan); high-end appliances including a washing machine, a dishwasher, and even a wine cooler! All cleaning essentials are provided, including detergent and capsules for both the washing machine and dishwasher. I'll gladly stay in these apartments again, though obviously not during the summer season because there is no AC.

As it is a historic building, there is no air conditioning. Even in early September, the room felt quite stuffy and the fan had to run almost constantly without providing much relief. Opening the windows wasn't ideal since the studio was on the ground floor and faced the street directly. Given that London summers are getting warmer, management really needs to consider climate control options. Also, the mattress was far too soft for my personal preference which made it uncomfortable to sleep on, though this is entirely subjective.

No view , did not mention prior to booking that there would be work in progress. Part of the area still needs to finished off WIFI Password was unnecessarily located on a corner of the smart TV and needed a magnifying glass. The iron was not located with the iron board No air conditioning. But a fan was provided
