Friendly and helpful staff upon check in and ample, free parking on site. I wasn't worried about my car being there overnight and I was also able to leave it there a few hours after check out free of charge!
I couldn't get the TV working - but to be honest I wasn't bothered about it anyway!

I want to applaud Rob. The staff who was in-charge when i came in. He was so excellent , patient and made the room feel like home.

Pretty scary location but good once in. Super helpful staff on site - Rob. Spacious room with own facilities so no sharing.
You can't change your area. Plenty of 21st century people here. I was fine and probably everyone is but a bit intimidating if you are not used to it. Central enough to walk and Google always knows the way.

Shower room was good and clean. Bed comfortable.
Room was cramped with a large old fridge next to the bed. No wardrobe or anywhere to hang clothes. A lingering smell of curry in the room. Tv didn't work and although we reported this it wasn't fixed. The gates were locked at midnight and as we arrived back after this we had to phone someone to let us in. This took a while which was not ideal.
