This was literally the best place we have ever stayed in. Greatly decorated, extensive level of amenities (from 2 smart tvs, 2 air conditioning units, to kitchenware, books, play cards and sewing kit). Everything you could need in a vacation. The view from the balcony is to die for, location is perfect (between the old centre and the beaches). Dora is an amazing communicator and made our holiday one to remember. Cannot wait to go back to her place. Special thanks to her lovely husband who gave us a ride to the airport. Cannot recommend enough! Thank you!

The apartment is in a great location close to beaches, shops, restaurants and bars. The apartment was clean and well equipped and had an amazing large balcony with beautiful sea views, perfect for sitting out and having a drink on an evening watching the yachts come in. Would definitely recommend.

The location was ideal — short walking distance to grocery stores, cafes, restaurants and shops, and of course the harbourside promenade. The apartment was lovely, spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable, and the drapes kept the early morning sun from the bedroom, so we slept very well. In daytime, the apartment was bright and cheery. The large bathroom had good lighting, excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water for the sink and shower, and plenty of towels were provided. The kitchen had almost everything needed for meal preparation. It did lack small saucepans, however, and a larger garbage bin would have been helpful. The kitchen would have been perfect had it been equipped with a microwave oven. The private patio/balcony was huge, with comfortable seating and a large dining table. We enjoyed our morning coffee there each morning, as well as wine and dinners on a few evenings. We enjoyed watching sailboats coming and going from the harbour, and got to see a couple of beautiful sunrises from the patio, too (I will include a sunrise photo with my review). The en suite clothes washer was a bonus, especially since we were halfway through an extended holiday and needed to do laundry. The building has an elevator, which made arriving and leaving with luggage easy. Contact with the host, Dora, was excellent— she provided helpful information about Preveza, and always replied promptly (usually immediately) to our text inquiries.

Our only dislikes were the lack of a microwave, a larger bin for garbage, and some small saucepans/ pots for cooking. We made breakfast and several dinners in the apartment during our weeklong stay, and the items I mentioned would have made things much easier for us. Otherwise, the place was great!
