The location suited us as we were visiting family in the area and it was convenient for the town. It had all the necessary facilities.

Entering the parking area was awkward which would have been narrow for two cars. The bed in the second bedroom was uncomfortable (springs felt through mattress surface). It was extremely difficult to control the temperature of the over bath shower.

Very quiet location with good sized secure garden that enjoys the afternoon sun. Plentiful parking area in front of property. Spacious and well equipped kitchen/dining area.

Unless I missed it, I couldn't locate a tea towel to dry the dishes. A minor item but the property could benefit from having one in the kitchen area. For anyone staying long term, access to a washing machine could be beneficial although I personally was not inconvenienced.

The location and parking were excellent, given that Carmarthen is one of the most car-unfriendly towns I have visited. Our hostess was friendly and helpful and the flat's garden outlook was beautiful.

I found the steep steps down to the flat a little challenging, but this is made quite clear in the online description of the property.

The property had ample parking at the front off the house. The garden was great for our dog after a long drive

The stairs down to the property are quite steep, but manageable. The shower needs updating.
