The location was perfect, it was only a few minutes walk from the ferry port, close enough to the main strip where getting food or to a beach was easy by walking, but far enough away to not be disturbed by music. You can rent a bike and snorkel there, and they help with laundry services and boat trips. Staff were always very friendly and helpful, and they even have a very sweet house cat. Definity recommend.
Nothing the hotel can do about it, but it is very close to the mosque, earplugs are a must!

The staff were so helpful and the room was lovely and comfortable. I left my airpods behind and the staff spent over a week trying to find out how to send them back to me. So kind and helpful and went above and beyond to help us out.

The owners were so incredibly nice and accommodating. We decided to end our stay early, and they gave us most of the money back with no issues! The location was also super great. Also the noise of the mosque was okay and not as disturbing as implied in other reviews.
Sadly we generally didn’t feel safe, the vibe was just off. The curtains didn’t fully close either and everyone could look in from outside. It isn’t their fault though!
