Rumah bersih dan selesa. Lokasi yang strategik (tingkat yang sama dengan kolam renang). Pemandangan yang menarik dari dalam rumah (sea view).

This location is highly convenient, offering easy access to essentual services. Residents bebefit from 24 hour minim mart, on -site laundry favilities and secure parking, making it an ideal choice for comfortable living.
“While the apartment offers several conveniences, there are some drawbacks. The ironing facilities are limited, with only a steam iron provided and no proper ironing board. Dishwashing and hand wash amenities are absent, and tenants must purchase their own garbage bags. Parking is not included in the rental and requires additional payment, which could be improved by providing a parking access key. Despite these issues, the apartment overall remains a good option.”
