Location and cleanliness

The maintenance of the apartment wasn’t what we expected. Missing curtains, we had to insist a lot for them to bring them. It rained inside one of the rooms with drops falling all day on top of the bed and we got a reply only by the end of the day. It was not possible to stay in the apartment we booked on these conditions and we were given the option to move to another apartment, which we went because it wasn’t guaranteed to get a reimbursement. They said only Booking could decide about a refund after analyzing the situation. I wrote to Booking and didn’t get a reply. The next apartment was older and not of our choice, with many things to be fixed but I was too frustrated at this point to spend so much time of my vacation stressed and complaining. I just kept the apartment since I accepted the change but I went somewhere better to stay. I don’t recommend this place, specially for tourists, it can spoil your vacation even being in a good location.

Ottima posizione, appartamento abbandonato
