Lovely peaceful location and just a 10 minute walk into Ballater. Lots of stunning walks within a half hour drive and also from the house. Beautiful clean and fresh house with comfortable bedrooms and good kitchen/ dining space as well as large lounge looking onto the spacious garden. Very well equipped for self catering.

It was very wet during one of our walks and although there is a large cupboard off the hall for jackets and boots and heater in there too would have helped with drying. Nothing else - was all good.
