During my staying I had 2 problems.
IH cook top didn't work.
A small table leg broken.
I did email to them and their staff come very short time and exchange .\
Wish more explanation for rubbish roles. Japanese rubbish disposal's roles is very tough one.

Very quick responsive host! The room was clean and has everything you need. They even brought me more towels bc i asked them, very polite. The location is really close to kamaeri station and alot of shops/supermarkets and restaurants close by.
The only thing that bothered me was the bathroom that is a little small, but it is also a budget stay. You get alot for what you pay, so even then its not even bad.

ソファーベッド固くてあまり良くないです。
壁は薄く隣りの話してる事聞こえます。
隣りの人が夜中に大喧嘩してて寝れませんでした。
