We loved the location—close enough to easily walk into town, but far enough away from the noise to enjoy a peaceful stay. It was also very close to the train station, and having free parking nearby was extremely convenient. The rooms were comfortable, we felt very safe, and it really gave us the experience of living like locals in Italy. Vale was wonderful—very attentive, responsive, and immediately available whenever we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is beautiful, with a wonderful Italian feel to it. The photos do it no justice. It is very spacious, very close to town and the main beach, Lama Monachile, (a 5 minute walk). It is also very close to the train station (also 5 minutes), although we drove everywhere. The rooms are extremely spacious and all rooms have access to a balcony. Wifi was great as was access to Netflix. This place is truely beautiful and in prime location. The owner is lovely, so accommodating and a great communicator. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

There was no street parking available on the apartment street, but we were able to park at the train station near by. There is also no washing machine but there is a laundromat nearby. So these 2 things were not an issue for us. The property is sensational.

Very good location, walking distance to historic centre, , about 5-7 min, 2 min to railway station. Cafes , restaurants, shops , pharmacy, supermarket around. Big free parking area near station . Very clean, atmospheric, space, balcony. You have everything you need . Ideal for 2-4 person or family for short stay.

There is no washing machine and dishwasher, some amenities need renovation, exactly on the bathroom. Shower need door or something that saves bathroom from the water.

The location is absolutely great - very close to the train station (and big, free parking lot) and to the city center. Lots of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms were spacious with individual AC and TVs all over the apartment. Beds were comfortable, quite stiff just like they have been new (but of course this is very personal preference).

First and foremost we didn't receive the breakfast mentioned in the posting - that is a big disappointment. There was no kettle (neither electric nor for the stove), no dishwasher - both also mentioned in the facility description. The kitchen should be better equipped - no good cutting knife, limited amount of plates (4 items each), no basic spices (salt/pepper) or tea/coffee. The bathroom had missing sliding shower door and there were no hooks or clothes rack dryer for the towels, which is a challenge with 4 adults using them. The building is also very acoustic - you can hear everyone and everything. In the smaller bedroom, there was soil on the ground in the corner and big spiders web behind the door - like it wasn't cleaned thoroughly. Contact with the host was a little tricky - the number on the booking provided another person's name and second phone number, but at the check-in yet someone else has greeted us (not even introducing himself). Additionally they wanted to make pictures of our IDs - which we didn't know what for and why, in advance.
