The apartment was beautiful, had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. A few minutes walk to shops, pharmacy, cafes etc. and to the bridge to the old town. From reading previous reviews, we expected to have to climb stairs to the property, (it’s on the fourth floor) but to our pleasant surprise a lift was installed two months ago. Martina was a fantastic host, easy to contact and very friendly and helpful. Thank you Martina and Ivan.

We higly recommend Apartment Fortica because is super comfy and very well-maintained. The owners are extremely helpful and kind. The apartment is just a stone's throw from the historic centre of Zadar and a 10 minute walk from Kolovare beach. We really enjoyed our stay!
