Nice beds and location.
Room was on 3rd floor and no elevator (actually 4 floor going up). I understand that they mention the no elevator but the steps are also very uncomfortable. Not a luxury place.

The staff Jessica & Ferdinand were assists to any hotel industry due to their hospitality, helpfulness & wonderful attitude. The housekeeping staff kept the room constantly. Lean like home. Room was comfortable & cozy. 2 pillows per person would be great.
Going up & down the stairs was not conducive for seniors like us. My mistake for not requesting for a room on 1st floor. Having forwarded our passports the hotel would know that we are 75yrs old & offer a room on 1st floor. We managed slowly.

No assistance ever. A three floor narrow walk up with my suitcase was difficult.
