Beautiful grounds, exceptional breakfast. Smaller sized accommodations so quiet. Honour system bar set up with great large selection of drinks. Free parking. We drove into town to get dinner as there were no restaurants near by, however some picked up food and ate it at tables on site . Very nice owner and staff.

Our room had a shared outdoor sitting area which was a bit awkward but there are lots of places around the grounds to find your own space.

Comfortable room, lovely gardens and a great breakfast.

I was confused with check in as I had a message at 11am saying they were ready to welcome us at anytime, with details of how to check in, but when we arrived at 2pm the room wasn’t ready and we had to wait outside till 3pm which I was told was then told, via WhatsApp, was checking in time 🤷‍♀️ Communication was tricky as there were no staff on site only a cleaner, I’d booked a superior king room with pool view but the first room we were given was around the back of the property with no view, no windows and no patio or outdoor furniture. When I questioned this, which all had to be done via WhatsApp, there was lots of backwards and forwards about which room we were to have as apparently this room was an upgrade! We then moved to a room with a pool view and a patio which was nice enough but quite small with nowhere to store luggage apart from on the floor next to the bed. I was told they were only doing this as it was my husband’s birthday and hoped I appreciated it! As far as I’m concerned that was what I had booked anyway! All the rooms appear to be similar inside, it’s the view and outdoor space that differentiates them. Also the WiFi details we were sent were incorrect and it only worked outside not in the room. You definitely need a car as the location is nice but there is nothing around the property and no restaurant although they do have an honesty bar which looked well stocked and nice but we didn’t use it. All together a bit disappointing.

This was the perfect peaceful beautiful location in a lovely area to relax and enjoy the night and morning after exploring the Valley of the Temples. I would have loved to stay here longer as the hosts were awesome. The breakfast prepared was the most spectacular breakfast I had in Sicily and I have had some amazing breakfasts. Everything was prepared fresh and there were exceptionally tasty choices even for a picky vegetarian celiac like me. We loved our short stay here even if it was too short. =

It was a bit confusing arriving late at night so I recommend paying extra close attention to the directions to get inside the gate. This was our fault and not theirs as we arrvied after the check in time. Thankfully, we figured it out. We were just exhausted and just misunderstood the proper gate to go through.

Cet établissement est au calme, bien équipé avec une piscine, une salle de repos et de jeu où on peut passer du bon temps.

Cette établissement fut décevant pour nous, ce qui est dommage car il a un gros potentiel et peut être sans aucun doute très agréable l'été si l'on vient en groupe ou en famille. Mais, il y a plusieurs choses que je n'ai pas aimées. Tout d'abord, le gros point noir pour un établissement de cette gamme de prix est qu'il n'y a pas de réception!!! Personne n'est là pour vous accueillir! Si j'avais su cela au moment de la réservation , j'aurais choisi un autre hôtel. Quand vous arrivez le soir et qu'il fait déjà nuit, ce n'est pas simple pour trouver sa clé et sa chambre même si on reçoit un message explicatif à l'avance. Ensuite, la communication en anglais est difficile avec les hôtes. Enfin, dans la chambre, il y avait une mauvaise odeur quand on est arrivé. Cette odeur a disparu par la suite et était due selon les propriétaires à un fort orage la veille. Enfin, le wifi est de mauvaise qualité. Il y a donc trop de points négatifs pour un prix supérieur à 100 euros par nuitée. Je regrette le choix de cet établissement et ne peut pas donner une bonne évaluation malgré la piscine et les bons équipements. Je ne souhaite toutefois pas faire uniquement des critiques et ne mets pas une note inférieure à 5. Pour finir sur une note plus optimiste, je pense que cet établissement peut être très agréable l'été avec sa piscine et ses équipements. Nous n'avons hélas pas eu une bonne expérience.
