Location was lovely a place to relax in staff were extremely pleasant and that can make or break a stay . The house and grounds are lovely and it was a very relaxing stay Would stey here again but would make sure restaurant was open.
Restaurant closed while we were there that was a disappointment as we had no idea till we tried to book dinner We have stayed in this area quite a lot so we knew where to go to get fed but for someone who doesn't know the area could have been a problem

The property was exceptional. A location of great character. Without doubt the peak of our holiday stays.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff are amazing. The bed was uncomfortable. There were tablets all over the floor and under the bed. The noise of the staff setting up for breakfeast and chatting in the laundry room woke me up before 6am which i was not happy about
The bed and the noise
