Staff are helpful
A 300-baht key deposit is required. However, the deposit is not refunded immediately upon check-out; you have to wait for the staff to transfer the money back to you.

Very comfortable stay. Refrigerator, good AC unit, hot shower. Balcony can be used to dry clothes. Decent space and storage. Amazing price.
Open shower next to toilet unit, causing bathroom floor to be wet and slippery for hours. Hotel's location is not really central in Ubon.
