Two bedroom apartment under the roof, with lovely terrace and everything you need for 2-5 days holidays: coffee/tea amenities, TV in each room, bath, dish washer, washing machine, small lounge room, stable internet, private safe underground parking place. Bath. Hosts left us a welcome champagne bottle which was so sweet after a tiring long trip. Apartment is located within 1.5 km from Schonbrun palace, close to supermarkets, stores, and two metro stations, tram stop. Owner was in contact almost immediately when I asked for instructions and was always online to provide support and advice!

- Finding a key storage place was a difficult quest: there was no parking available next to where this place is, so you park, and then search for a 24 hour storage place (which I didn't know how it looked). I am attaching the photo for next guests - it is next to Bipa store!). Same challenge was on the last day which is not very convenient, if you come by car: you still need the key to open garage before you leave it in the same safe place (storage place), then find a place to park somewhere in this area and then walk to the storage room to leave the key in a secret box. - windows in white bedroom are not soundproof at all (sad!). morning road works at 7 am couldn't be blocked. Take ear plugs with you just in case. - on our last day elevator didn't work (?) at all. It stayed open on the 1st floor than randomly stopped on each level, so we had to carry our bags downstairs.

Difícil encontrar el local donde dejan las llaves. Se retrasó el avión, nos tiramos media hora dando vueltas buscando el local cerca de la una de la madrugada y no contestaron al teléfono, pensábamos en buscar hotel. No contestan los mensajes hasta una semana después. Al irnos, las maletas nos las tenemos que llevar a las 10 y buscar donde dejarlas

Der Balkon war bis auf 2 Meter Höhe mit einem blickdichten Kunststoffgewebe bespannt. Dadurch kam man sich vor wie in einem Käfig, man konnte überhaupt nicht nach draußen schauen. Die Sauberkeit hat zu wünschen übrig gelassen.
