Friendly service, warm bed, low price and breakfast included
Trouble communicating in English, needs a small renovation and better cleaning (for spiders and bugs), no socket close to bed

Everything, the place was comfortable, clean and the room had plenty of space. The view from our window was just perfect and lovely. They have internet, netflix, YouTube and it was quiet at night. The staff was absolutely incredible and it's really easy to head in public transportation.
I like everything!
