-specious room, particularly for 1 person - close proximity to several departmental stores - in-house microwave facility and washing machine -eco-friendly attitude - very cost effective for me (I paid only about $60 per night)

- It is a little further away from Sendai station (15 min by walk). Families with kids should consider this distance. - There is no dry cleaning service for clothes

Staff was friendly, room with double bed was clean and bigger than the average (16 sqm instad of 10/11sqm) and with “parquet”

I would say that 4 star for this hotel is not very truthful because there were no spa or complementary facilities that could be accessed. The bathroom unit was a very basic one. I have been in other japanese 3 stars hotel that offered better amenities room and bathroom unit. I guess the truthful rating for this would be a 3 star hotel. If you are planning for a short stay is okey but don’t expect too much. I have been in other better 4 stars hotel on the last japan stay that offered much miuch better for less and that also had an indoor onsen.
