Amazing view over to Excel

Shower head broken. PS4 doesn't work. Missing connectors for TV.

The apartment is not luxurious, but it is comfortable and has just about everything you need for a pleasant stay. Secure parking is available, and there is really no need to take the car out once you arrive. The property is ideally located, just a short distance from the ExCeL London. There is easy access to the Underground from Customs House, or you can take the cable car across to The O2, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants, the shopping outlet, and the venue itself. It’s a convenient location for enjoying the area without the hassle of driving or finding parking.

There were a few minor details that needed attention, which have now been reported, so hopefully these will be resolved soon. The property could also benefit from a few more modern touches, such as some throws and updated window blinds, which would make the apartment feel a little more welcoming. We also noticed that some kitchen items were missing, meaning there weren’t enough glasses or teaspoons for our stay. The dining table could also benefit from having the glass top removed and thoroughly cleaned, as this would improve its overall appearance and cleanliness. The bathroom could do with a few adjustments too, including replacing the shower rail, as the current one does not hold the shower head securely in place. The bathroom door lock also needs repairing/replacing. Overall, these are relatively minor issues, and addressing them would make the property more comfortable and enjoyable for future guests.

Stunning cinematic views over the doc itself and the excel center. Nice and spacious! Good value for money that’s for sure! And for tourists visiting for events or concerts and the property manager was super helpful given the mess up with the keys 1000000% would be staying again!

When I arrived, my best friend went to the shop to collect the keys was screamed at by this member of staff invalid, we arrived slightly later due to delays in travel by the train company, the cleaner was still there which is fine but I was under the impression that she would allow me in once she’s finished, she allowed me into the property she was helpful with the bags and said she had just a couple of jobs to finish, as two neurodivergent woman who travelled from Newcastle for an concert at silver works she was still in the property at 6pm 3hrs after arrival, which caused us to nearly miss the concert entirely. Which is fine everyone has to do their job efficiently but when you’re delaying paying guests time to get dressed and to their prearranged occasions! I would 1000% stay again, but ideally when staff wouldn’t be in the property still.

Great views (through the dirty windows), close to the O2 (via cable car)/Excel, comfy beds. Adequate for a short break when you're mostly elsewhere.

Not a luxury apartment. Shabby, poorly decorated, cheap/damaged furniture, exposed wires and broken plugs, filthy windows, broken kitchen bin and shower bracket, poorly lit in the evening as the overhead lighting was dim and the lamps didn't work. The keys weren't available in the shop as promised so we had to get them off the cleaner at the apartment, who was still there after check-in time, then leave our bags and go out until she'd finished.
