We had a wonderful stay at Jeannette and Floor’s farmhouse. Communication was easy and prompt from the very beginning, and they made the entire experience seamless and welcoming. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, and the farm itself is beautiful and peaceful. Staying on a working farm was a unique way to experience the Dutch countryside and gave us a different perspective on the Netherlands beyond the cities. The location was excellent for exploring the area. We used the farmhouse as our base for visiting both Utrecht and Amsterdam, and it was convenient to reach everything we wanted to see. The property is also within walking distance of two! UNESCO World Heritage sites connected with each other: the historic Dutch Water Defence Lines and the ancient Roman frontier.

Nothing really. The only thing worth noting is that the staircase to the second floor is very steep. It's not necessarily a negative, but it's something to keep in mind when planning your stay.

Fantastic location, farm house.

Nothing, it was a perfect place where to relax!

I liked that the B&B is in the country. Also that it is on a working dairy farm. Everything we needed was supplied. It was easy to talk to Jeannette if we had any questions. It was very comfortable and private. Beds were very comfortable to sleep in.

Because it is in the country it is a bit of a drive to get to the farm. Once we learned the route we had no problem finding it. The 2nd bedroom is on the 2nd floor and the stairs are a bit steep. The 2 bathrooms are both on the main floor.

Super nette Gastgeber. Jeannette und Floor muss man einfach gern haben. Jeannette hat uns ihren Hof gezeigt. Sie haben 150 wirklich glückliche Kühe, Pferde, Hühner, Hund und Katze. Die Führung war sehr interessant. Absolut zu empfehlen.Die Wohnung war super gemütlich. In der Küche gibt es Kaffee,Tee, Zucker, frische Milch von ihren Kühen, frische Eier von ihren Hühnern, Essig, Öl, sämtliche Gewürze und leckere Kekse. Wow! Genügend Handtücher, Schampoo, Seife, Föhn. Leider waren wir nur 2 Nächte da. Wenn wir aber wieder einmal zu einer Messe nach Houten kommen, dann bleiben wir länger.
