-A taste of luxury for a cheap price
-Owner was very communicative and helpful
-Place was very clean, spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed and more
-Very nice views of Kutaisi from the windows
-A friendly cat in the apartment building always visited us when we went outside :)
-The neighborhood is not the prettiest, but that was not an issue at all
