Casa Nina is truly a gem in the heart of Bologna. Perfectly located in the city center (next to Piazza Maggiore) and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions, it offers a safe, comfortable, and welcoming home away from home. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, while the common areas are thoughtfully stocked with breakfast items, snacks, and refreshments that create a warm community atmosphere. What truly makes Casa Nina exceptional is its owner and host, Sonia. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with incredible warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality, like a family member. Her passion for Bologna is infectious, and she generously shares recommendations, local insights, and helpful tips to ensure every guest experiences the very best the city has to offer. She goes above and beyond in every way, even helping with restaurant reservations, Taxi reservations and personalized suggestions that made our stay unforgettable. The breakfast and snacks were fresh and delicious, and the communal breakfast table offered a wonderful opportunity to meet travelers from around the world. Every detail reflects Sonia's dedication to making guests feel not just welcomed, but genuinely cared for. It was reassuring to know that Sonia was always reachable on WhatsApp in case we needed assistance. Casa Nina combines an unbeatable location, immaculate accommodations, and outstanding hospitality. It's the kind of place that turns a great trip into a memorable one. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bologna. Sonia has created something truly special, and it's easy to see why so many guests return year after year. We thoroughly enjoyed our nine nights stay and look forward to returning to Casa Nina on our next trip to Bologna !

Everything about our stay at Casa Nina exceeded our expectations.

Property is very well located in the central city and a 10-15 minute walk to the train station. Sonia and her wonderful “helper and baker “ are supremely kind and helpful. Our room had a large bath with a fantastic shower , ample luggage storage, and comfy bed. Fruit and cakes were always available in the central kitchen area. We had a great stay in the vibrant city of Bologna with day trips to Florence and Dozza 🩷
