Al reservar escogimos habitación con 3 camas, pero el hotel solo trajo una cama de esas pequeñas tipo colchoneta y preferimos utilizar la cama matrimonial y la twin porque no sería comodo para la otra persona. Pensamos que darían una tercera cama normal y eso no lo especifican

Администратор который работал ночью с 03.09 на 04.09 был очень вежлив, говорил со мной на русском, чтобы мне было понятнее. Провел в номер. Номер был чистый светлый с кондиционером, с одноразовой обувью, водой, чай кофе на утро. Выехала утром, администратор помог положить чемодан в машину. Все отлично!
Замок в двери моего номера был немного поломан

The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the value for money was good. The stay itself was positive.
I stayed for business and had already requested an invoice at the time of booking, providing the company details and VAT number. During my stay, I asked the hotel again for the invoice, but I was told to contact Booking.com. After clarifying that the accommodation invoice should be issued by the property, I sent another message but received no reply. For business travellers, this is an important issue.
