The location was absolutely prime! Beyond that, the most comfortable bed from our time in Japan. Family marts surrounding you plus a vending machine at the front door. For the last leg of our trip, it made it very easy.

The hotel is close the train station, Family Marts and shopping areas. It is also close to OCAT which makes travel to/fro Kansai airport very easy. The hotel office was kind to allow us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out.

the place is spacious
too many levels and theres only 1 room in each level. Lift only go up half way. Another half have to stairs up. Old style house feel a bit cold.
