Location was great! The outdoor area was nice. It was just like home away from home. I had a little trouble with the back door code, but the response was excellent!
The front has 20 stairs to walk up. The garage is small (would fit a compact/small vehicle.

Love the location, spaciousness and coziness of the apartment. The apartment maintains the charm of this historic area.
Maintenance!!! The back patio furniture and landscape maintenance were abysmal. Weeds, dead tree stump, shrubs out of control, furniture coming apart… everything was in really bad shape. It only takes 1 “oh sh*t” to ruin all the atta-a-boys of the rest of the place!

The location was great--super cute street lined with shops and restaurants and near a bike and walking path along the river. The place was super cute, the beds were comfy, and our host was super responsive when we ran into a hiccup and couldn't get inside initially because we were given the wrong code.
