I loved the staff the best. Ilkin was an absolute delight. /9 so helpful and accommodating . He gave us an early check in and also made every effort to make our stay comfortable. He gave us recommendations for great places for food and even helped us by coming personally to a SIM card store so that they don’t over charge us. He gave us a room with a big balcony and early sumptuous breakfast when we needed it before our tour . So grateful . Highly recommend. Personal thanks to Ilkin for making our stay memorable and warm.

The place was nice and calm vibe. The balcony view was good. Worth for the money we spent.

No elevator

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (100/10!) What I liked the most was the staff member named Ilkin. Honestly, I started wondering if he was actually the owner, manager, receptionist, chef, housekeeper, and customer service department all at the same time! If you don't have cash, Ilkin will somehow find a solution. If he's on duty, you'll see him everywhere. One minute he's at the reception, the next he's in the kitchen, then cleaning, and somehow he's back at reception before you get there. He was even concerned about our flight details and made sure all our staff were ready and not late for the airport transfer. The level of care was beyond what we expected. Ilkin is an absolute legend and one of the main reasons our stay was so enjoyable. Hotels can have nice rooms, but finding someone who genuinely cares about guests is rare. Rating: 100 out of 10! If every hotel had an Ilkin, the hospitality industry would be a much happier place. 👏👏👏 Great job, Ilkin! You're a one-man army! 😄🏆

Literally just a place to sleep, wasn’t very far from the city, the view and balcony was nice but that’s all.

Lots of things. The room we got initially was terrible, then the toilet stopped working, so they changed our room which was a bit better. It’s very outdated property, furniture is old, fridge was mouldy. During nights someone was moving furniture and slamming doors. Somehow we managed to stay few nights, but I wouldn’t recommend this place.
