Location was fantastic. 50 steps max to the water. 10 minutes to get anything you needed in town. 25 minutes to downtown Hot Springs.
Could use some updating and it was a little warm for my taste inside in the afternoon even with the AC as low as it would go

The cabin was very clean as was the area around the water. Great value especially for being right on the water
