The location is fantastic, really not a better place in Barcelona. The host is super friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is very spacious and comfortable. It does have air conditioning which is helpful for a Barcelona summer, though the pump can be noisy.
The elevator doesn’t work, which is mentioned - not a big deal, the host is helpful and willing to help get any bags up and down the stairs.

Location was in the heart of Tapas bars, close to the Metro and walking distance to the Marina and to famous market and tourist lane...
Ana was very friendly and helpful...!!
5 flights up to the apartment...75 steps - not good for folks with knee or back problems...
Killed at least 2 Cockroaches per day in the kitchen area...
No dish towels in the kitchen or Hand towels in the bathrooms...
Terrance looks out to a closed back alleyway...
