The room was quite spacious and fit three people comfortably. The bed was large and very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room overall is quite clean and tidy. The surrounding area are quiet

there is no elevator provided at the property. Staying on the fourth floor meant a bit of climbing, though it was fine for us since we only had to go up and down one or two times a day. Additionally, the location of the washing machine is quite unusual, as it is located right beside the bed. However, this wasn't a major issue for us because there is a door you can close to completely hide the washer section.

L'endroit est vraiment tranquille. On se sent comme chez soi.

The room is larger than most places you'll get in Tokyo, and is conveniently located next to a main train line. There are plenty of convenience stores, drug stores, restaurants, etc within a short walk. The neighborhood felt safe and while there was some odd debris in the bathroom sink when we arrived, overall the property seemed clean. Kitchen seemed well stocked enough although we didn't end up using it much.

- Very few outlets and in inconvenient places - Futons were on a weird stand that was great to trip over/stub your toe into - While we booked this unit in part because it had a laundry machine, it didn't appear to be a unit with drying included and as the unit was on the 1st floor, it didn't feel safe to dry women's underwear out on the line - There was an overwhelming air freshener scent that gave me a headache. - When we arrived the door code we had been given was wrong. Someone showed up quickly when we contacted the host, but it was a bad first impression of the property. - There either wasn't WiFi included or we didn't have the information for it - The unit was not quiet. Someone coughs outside on the sidewalk? It sounds like they're in the room with you. Upstairs neighbor takes a shower? You'll hear it.
