Clean, quiet location
We had no hot water throughout our stay. Cold showers, brrr

Cheaper than staying than staying at Brinsop wedding venue
Sewage smell was really strong- only notified about the issue as we arrived.
Cobwebs on most of the ceilings and what looked like mouse droppings on the bedding
Half emptied bottle of water under the sofa
On the side of a car park…not exactly as described in the countryside.
Being asked to strip the beds at the end of the stay??
