The apartment was fully functional, modern, clean and well situated. Mr Papadopoulos made the check-in and checkout process so smooth. He provided us with all relevant information and was always there whenever we need him. He made sure that our stay was very comfortable and worry-free. We highly recommend Uni Island - City Heart Suites.
Cannot think of anything. Just be prepared for stairs - which is normal in any case in accommodations in Heraklion.

Modern very-well maintained apartment right in the heart of town. Just loved it!
Shower was a bit too small and trash in bathroom had not been taken out prior to our arrival.

"Appartement très propre, moderne et super bien situé. On est vraiment dans le centre. La place est calme donc aucun souci pour dormir. Stratos est hyper disponible et vraiment très gentil. Si je revie..."
