Avis

8 / 10

Good and comfortable spot to relax after daily discoveries of Norfolk beautiful surroundings.

The location is comfortable and close to the town centre. It was quite easy to find a free parking space. The flat was on the first floor, with windows on both sides, which provided air circulation, important when the weather was hot. M&S and Sainsbury's are in walking distance.

Compared with other properties I booked via Booking.com, there are a few minor improvements to consider. For instance, I would have liked some sugar, tea bags for a cup of tea on arrival, and a couple of coffee pods, since the coffee maker was provided.

Avoid its filthy

The location

When we entered it was like an oven. We got there quite late we had to open the windows then go for a walk in hopes it would cool. The bed was cheap metal frame that creaked every time you moved. The whole place was dirty. No cleaning products apart from washing up liquid and a very used sponge. Inside the fridge was dirty, the floor, stains on the towels thank goodness I brought my own. The pillows were heavily stained. There were deflated balloons on the floor so no one had cleaned properly. The neighbours are very noisy having house parties both nights. Even the mop was filthy. I never mind where I stay but this was something else. Avoid don’t waste your money!

Enjoyed our weekend stay. Lived up to our expectations.

Clean, well equipped & comfortable

Big enough for two people, well run.

Good apartment near the town centre of King's Lynn

Enjoyed our time here but not 5 star. (See below).

No bathroom soap. Cracked bathroom window pane. Rusty frying pan. Stained bath towel. Clock not working. Reporting instructions showing wrong WiFi password. Front window could not be kept open as latches missing but most of all the place was absolutely boiling with no sign of even a fan let alone an air conditioning unit. Seems with a bit of care all these things could be sorted.
