Instalaciones muy completas y el apartamento muy cómodo, limpio y moderno. Desde la terraza se ve el Teide en días despejados. Muy buena atención de la anfitriona, que se tomó el tiempo de explicarnos todo al detalle, además de darnos recomendaciones de los alrededores. Que tenga plaza de parking lo hace perfecto para los que viajamos en coche. El gimnasio y la piscina son geniales, volveremos para poder utilizarlos con más tiempo.

Por decir algo, cuando llegas es un poco confuso aprender a utilizarlo todo, pero la anfitriona se tomó el tiempo de explicarlo con calma. Al ser un edificio tan amplio, en los pasillos y garaje huele un poco a humedad pero dentro del apartamento no se nota nada.

As described, keep in mind that it’s not close to the beach or the town centre, so you need a car.

Perfecte locatie als je veel wil ondernemen in het noorden is dit een fijne locatie.

Was soms erg benauwd. De ventilatoren waren erg fijn ondanks de benauwdheid. Met namen de de douche ruimte leek een sauna. De locatie was in onze beleving net te ver van het centrum.

The staff was exceptional. The apartment was clean but there is no AC. But there are two fans that help alot so it was no issue. The view from the balcony is towards the mountains and mount Teide greets you every morning. There is a gym and a pool. Also there is a parking spot in the garage. I recommend to have a car especially if people have difficulty walking. There is only 15-20 min walk downtown and to the beaches. It only costs around 5-6 euros to take a taxi if needed. Location is overall good. We went for long walks and I could go hiking from the apartment. Also a short drive to the supermarket and to the freeway if you want to explore the island. Ingrid helped us alot and gave us recommendations regarding shops and hikes, interesting places to see and Caroline welcomed us on arrival and showed us everything regarding the facilities. So nothing but positive experience and I can highly recommend this place for a relaxing enjoyable holiday in a really beautiful area with lots of things to do and explore.

Keep in mind there is an descend to the beaches and a good exercise for people if you walk alot. Some would find this location a bit far from the main tourist attractions but for us that was exactly what we needed
