The accomodation is clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and a rooftop terrace with a view of the Bagrati Cathedral. It's a very peaceful location only a 5min walk from the city center. The owner, Nana, is extremely forthcoming, and her homemade breakfast is delicious.

Nana is very sweet and the pancake she made for breakfast was very tasty. The location is also amazing, right in the center of Kutaisi
It was not clean, so much so that it made me uncomfortable. The coffeepot for instance I didn’t even want to touch either my bare hands, so I used kitchen towel and rightly so cause after there was a lot of residue on there. Also some edges in the bathroom looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages.
