We had a great stay at Pagona’s place! She is a great host - easy to communicate with and helpful with all the tips. The village is very charming with its little tavernas, cats strolling around and beautiful hillside views. With our rental car it was easy to access the nearest beach Kalamaki (it’s also walkable distance when the heat is not extreme), Matala and other villages and areas nearby. The room had a little private balcony which was a nice surprise, we were expecting only the shared balcony, that was peaceful and beautiful as well. The room had a great AC, small kitchen that we were able to cook some breakfast and the shower had great water preasure (except the last night when the whole village had trouble with it). This accommodation was great value for the money and we warmly recommend it - especially for couple of nights and if you have a car to explore the surroundings as well. Thank you so much Pagona! ❤️

There is nothing that we disliked in this accomodation! Though it could benefit from some small adjustments like little add ons in the kitchen (cutting board, kitchen towel for drying the dishes, spatulas for cooking etc.) Some deep cleaning and little fixes for ”broken” parts like little lose toilet seat cover would also upgrade the experience a bit, but this accomodation is great value for the money already as it is. If you are a very sound sensitive person, keep in mind that the soundproofing of the room is not the best. Us it didn’t bother at all, especially since the streets were very peaceful during our stay. The village has very narrow streets and steep roads, so some courage to drive and park was needed. Also some instructions on how to use the blackout curtains would have been helpful - we figured out how to use them just before checking out. The beds in the room are separated and built so that they don’t fit well next to each other, so if you are traveling with a person you really want to sleep close to, keep this in mind. 😊

Monolocale confortevole con terrazzino affacciato sulla piazzetta.di kamilari. Bagno con ampia doccia. Pagona è un ottima host. Solare e solerte. Abbiamo chiesto dei guanciali morbidi e ci ha subito accontentato. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Das Zimmer war schön geräumig, die Sitzplätze auf der Terasse außerordentlich schön und angenehm schattig. Die Dusche war sehr schön! Die Gastgeberin Pagona war sehr liebenswürdig und hilfreich. Sehr gute Taverna direkt gegenüber.

Es war schwierig zur Unterkunft zu gelangen, was aber an den verwinkelten Gassen in dem Bergdorf lag. Die Parksituation für das Auto war auch schwierig.

Super modernes Bad, gute Betten !

Es war sehr laut in der Nacht durch die Nachbarschaft von zwei Cocktailbars !
