Great location. Well furnished. Plenty of space. Helpful information.
Bathroom small.

The location was perfect.
The cottage was clean and the beds comfortable.
Overall the facilities were very good including a modern well equipped kitchen and centrall heating system.
The fixed shower head over a very small bath not suitable for tall guests.
Although pets were allowed, there was nowhere nearby for their evening "relief".
Parking was a problem as spaces were only available on the main street and beyond after a few circuits of the village

The communal garden area at the front of property could be better.

Cosy and welcoming , everything I needed and all of good quality… comfy mattress, soft towels , good instructions etc . I liked that kindling, logs and everything i needed fo the log burner….. I wouldnt have bothered othrwise but enjoyed having it . Lots of amenities in the village, deli, shops and places to eat in or take away on the door step. Beaches fab and lots of nice works around Alnmouth . All very dog friendly.
Nothing I didnt like, although I found it easy, parking might be more ofan issue in oeak seasons
